Used dry ice and was informed at time of shipment box could not be packed on site. Would have been nice to know before hand.

Stay away from this location. Nicole, the CSA I interacted with, was extremely rude and didn’t even greet me upon walking up to the counter. She just started asking questions about my shipping item. There was an issue with a sticker on a large shipping container I was using to ship a laptop. The sticker was 10x5 inches and showed a list of features for storing and transporting items in the case. One inch of that sticker showed the case being used to safely store a firearm. She didn’t like it and wanted the sticker completely removed since firearms were not allowed to be transported. I told her that I was shipping a laptop and not a firearm and asked if I could cover up the small image since the entire sticker was very hard to remove and would require a lot of scraping. She wouldn’t budge and insisted that removing the entire case sticker was the only way to meet FedEx policy. This seemed somewhat extreme given that the image could have been easily covered. But it was even more odd that she didn’t seem interested in the case contents themselves. What’s ironic is that the same sticker was allowed on the case when I received it a few days earlier via FedEx Express from my employer! This indicates that policies are not being followed consistently by FedEx. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused and said there was no else I could talk to. When I called FedEx customer service, they agreed she was being unreasonable (though none could actually pull up the policy she was referencing for removing every part of the sticker). I realized that they were not willing to address the issue properly, so I took the case to another FedEx location. The employee there was fine with the same case after I covered up the small area that was a concern. FedEx needs to look into how this issue was handled.

The worst place ever!, They charged money for free shipping ! Nobody wanted to say sorry for their mistakes ,no refund money. Very rude workers!

Paid for overnight delivery. Delayed a day. I called I was told their obligations were by 8 pm. Yes 8pm the day before. Not a day late. Poor business and crooks. You pay for overnight there’s no excuse why it’s not delivered on time

Straight up terrible company. Everytime I order something and it comes through fedex, I NEVER receive what I ordered. My packages are always marked delivered but NEVER GET DELIVERED. I have never had good luck with fedex. Other deliver services such as UPS and USPS never have trouble with delivery. Fedex customer service is terrible.One day I ordered a package and it got marked delivered to my house. Got home and package was nowhere to be found. Multiple calls to customer service and three days later, I get a call from a local grocery store saying the driver delivered my package to them and then told them request a package pickup because he didn’t have time to actually deliver the package to my house.
