I recently visited the FedEx store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Cody K. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the unparalleled level of service he provided. Cody went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was not only smooth but also exceptionally pleasant. His ability to alleviate stress, provide hands-on assistance, and genuinely care for his customers is truly commendable. Started using FedEx office store in Harrisonburg about two months ago. Donna was pleasure to work with. The printing items were fabulous.

Some overweight employee was super rude and inconsiderate and overcharged me by $150 in shipping, I’d use UPS as they were $80 for the same instead of $300 or go to another FedEx.

I love this place. I go to there so often. My favorite place for printing, scanning and copying. And also for international shipping. Very convenient and has a very helpful and friendly staff.

Fedex company should add put cameras inside their tracks. So can see what they doing with packaging because someone stole my package ? before I open my package it already damaged and re-taped now from on not order nothing holidays sales online anymore!Thank you! Bye!

I recently shipped a fragile art piece, and the woman working urged me to buy an expensive art box to protect it, which is fair enough. I would have been happy to pay the money if it meant my painting arrived safely, but it didn’t. The recipient told me that the box was stuffed so full that the canvas warped. I would have packed the box myself, but the woman insisted that she did this all the time and was capable of packing it. Lesson learned I guess. The painting may now need to be restretched.EDIT: A box full of dishes I shipped at the same time arrived with half the dishes completely shattered. Not just chipped or cracked, but broken into pieces. It was as if the box was dropped repeatedly. Not only am I not using this FedEx store again, I will never use FedEx to ship anything ever.

Do not pay for two day delivery, I have been fighting with fedex for 3 days to find out where my package is and I was told lie after lie. I was given two case numbers for investigation and was told someone will contact you and still 3 days later no call ...

I shipped many dozens of packages at this location annually, many times needing packing. I have never had a negative experience here. Always friendly and helpful. Donna and Jeff are the best.
