Had the most uncomfortable experience here about 2 weeks ago. Being the only white person in there besides my cousin who was with me. I was treated as I was a thief. The employees acted like I was going to steal 2 pairs of shoes. I asked for a kid's pair of shoes and a woman's pair of shoes that I was buying for my fiance and my little cousin for Christmas. Everybody in the store was carrying around merchandise my shoes were put on one counter the guy walked away and started helping somebody else so I grabbed the shoes and went to the other counter and stood there the guy came back wanted to know where the shoes were the girl whispered to him and told him that I had them they took them put them on the floor behind the register and said that I wasn't allowed to carry them around the store when every single person in the store had merchandise in their hands I told the employee that if you thought that I was going to steal those shoes why would I have all this money in my hand I pulled out $2,000 in cash and showed her that I fully had the money to pay for the merchandise. She said it was company policy that you leave merchandise on the counter when plainly everybody in the store were carrying around their merchandise. I am not a racist person I have colored people in my family and I have never treated anybody so disrespectful like they treated me.Both employees were way out of hand. Ive spent a lot of money at finish line and I'm not sure if I will ever shop there ever again.

I think if you all have certain rules on not putting the shoes on from off of the walls you all should say so. don’t expect me to want to try a shoe on and when i ask for the size it’s not available but it’s available outside as the display? and then try to sell me the shoe? Maybe put up what you want and don’t want or put up a damn sign saying don’t try shoes on, what next time i cant touch them? just don’t have a shoe store up then. Stupidest thing ever that people actually informed me they have before also so get your rules at your OWN store right.

Customer service is terrible. Employee disappeared to back room to get a size we needed, was gone a good 5 minutes and came back without the shoes and said he forgot. The general attitude of employees came across like customers were a major inconvenience.

Went to finish line to buy a pair of Nike blazers and the young lady helping us had an attitude and kept rolling her eyes when we asked a question. Bad costumer service.

My wife and I came in to exchange a pair of shoes that our oldest son got for his sister. The assistant manager was very very rude and unprofessional she laterally told us that either she or the store manager did not care after I told her that I was going to put a complaint on her.

All the time that I’m in Harrisonburg I visit Finish Line. The customer service in that store is great, they are professional and friendly. Also I when for some Christmas shopping and the manager was really nice and helpful. Thank you Ms. J

They refused return shoes that I pay 100, I want return because it was boy size, it was not my size, so I to get a girl size wanted return. They tell me that I wear it but I didn’t wear it, and other pair shoes was for trying, they put it on the wall, I know so many people have try it the other pair of shoes.

Very good customer service, as soon as I walked in Jarvis greeted me and asked to help, I looked around and said that I will return after looking at other stores. Bad experience at one store, but not towards the blonde associate who waved at me but unfortunately she was going on break. I looked around for the ahoea that my daughter wanted for her bday, unfortunately the cashier was only concerned about talking to the guy who just purchased an item about how they use to party together, I waited 15m and decided to leave. So I went back to Finish Line and again Jarvis was there ready to help...they didn't have the shoes she wanted but with his and the manager, Joss, I believe...helped me find a pair that she may like. Thank you both for helping me and knowing how to treat customers. I apologize if I spelled their names wrong.

Walked in to store @5pm they close at 5:30. Looking for school shoes for my son. Over heard manger tell lady help us to make us hurry up they only have 30 mins before we close. Very rude and unprofessional. We took our business else where.
