I needed to order to take out. Every staff member I asked a question or assisted in any way was very helpful and pleasant. This stood out for me as I am from overseas and new to the area.

We would never ever go back to Applebee’s in Harrisonburg VA! The service is slow, the waiter is lost and rude; the food is horrible! “All You Can Eat” is a Huge Lie!

Service was friendly, menu sufficient and food well prepared. Those tabletop screens are annoying and problematic to use when paying the bill.
