Bought a new tenda switch with sfp for this service. Fiber internet is so much better than Comcast. I don't know why people have such a fuss about utilities getting installed. Grass grows back, you don't technically own the front of your yard anyways. Lighten up people.

Huntingwood Apts, we are now up and running! I’m so happy we have reliable Wi-Fi now, and the deal is incredible. I am only paying 68.00 per month for the first year. Derek is a very professional and knowledgeable tech who took me through the whole process. He’s great with dogs as well! ?Join me, neighbors!

Today was my 3rd scheduled install. I just begrudgingly scheduled the 4th attempt. They totally ghosted me again. Being new to the area I expected they would want to start off with decent customer service but perhaps they’ll be no better than comcast

just got my bill and apparently I am late. I pay my bills on time everytime but apparently I didn't get one in Oct. they have no problem blaming me, but they are in charge of sending out the bills. there service is not the best so maybe it is time to go back to comcast. My service cannot be "limited" because they didn't send me a bill. d g

scheduled them to get it connected said 2 weeks called in to confirm and got cancelled and tried getting hold of someone after a little bit and said it b another 2 weeks and i see they put the flags out where to run the cable.line. so told them forget it . crazy waiting 4 weeks to get a service so passing this information to all out neighbors who asking us how is the service so they might switch as well. i say this if its any sign what we had to go through just to get it what will happen if there is a real issue. will check out other alternatives.

New customer, just a little over a month. Initially my install was to be on 9/6, then it got bumped to 9/26. Then , within a few days of hook up, I lost service and had to spend over an hour on the phone to get it back. On 10/27 I lost service again at 9AM. I was told the soonest they can get someone , to the house, to fix it, is on Tuesday 10/31. Besides the fact that someone needs to meet them at the house, thereby changing a work schedule, how can that even be considered acceptable????

I'm a bit surprised about the negative reviews about installation and digging issues.The upsides to fiber optic cable are simply too many to get bogged down regarding your grass getting temporarily ripped up due to laying a line down.Having said that, I found that installation and removing of the flags from my property did take a longer period of time than I liked. And I find that the speed is not quite what was advertised.Still - it's way faster than cable. Few if any interruptions. Easy price plan. It's not perfect - but it's miles ahead of cable internet options in this area.

Glo Fiber came into our neighborhood to install infrastructure without proper notice. They started digging up our yards without even asking people to move their cars. The workers hit 2 cars in our neighborhood then fled the scene when the police were notified. They also knocked out comcast internet, left trash, and knocked out 2 of the street lights. I’m not the type to write reviews but this was extremely unprofessional.

I had a very good experience, first of all meeting Kosta Kouvelis, who walked through the house with me and listened to my concerns with coverage and my former internet provider. He clearly explained what options were available via GloFiber and how we would have better and more stable coverage. He answered all questions and alleviated all concerns. A technician arrived soon after and had us set up in a short time. It’s been 3-4 months now and our internet is fast and reliable. Not one outage since we switched to GloFiber and we experienced minimally weekly drops/outages with the previous provider (Comcast ?). And thus far the price is as advertised, which is a significant savings from the other guy.

SO HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE!!!! Kosta is the name of the person who set us up and I am so thankful. No only was it an easy process Kosta was upfront and let me know everything that was going to happen in reguards to switching services. I have not had trouble with my service since we switched. I really hope they expand the areas that they are providing coverage because I know of a few people who are interested. If you can sign up for glofiber DO IT!!! You will not regret changing services.

Terrible company!!!! I never wanted glo fiber but it was forced upon me by the township. They absolutely destroyed my yard. They showed up without notice which nearly got them bit by my dog who was in my yard. I had no idea who they were and was unable to get an answer when I asked because none of them speak English. Then they drove a truck with a trailer through my front yard, around the side of my house and into my back yard without my permission. To top it all off they dug up my yard and installed their cable 20’ (feet) from the utility easement that they were supposed to be working in. I never gave them permission to be on my property or to bring equipment into my yard or to dig my yard up. Absolute disaster.

I would never use this company. Came into our development to lay the fiber optic wiring and their contractors absolutely destroyed our yard and many others in the development. Company does not have a number to call to report or repair damages. Unacceptable.
