Bought a jack hammering with 20% coupon. Wasn’t strong enough, wanted to upgrade but coupon had expired. Talk to customer service, said it was up to the store to honor it or not. Disappointed the store chose not to honor the coupon on the return and upgrade purchase. Will have to hope another 20% coupon comes out in the next 90 days

Have been coming here awhile now last few times it seems that I have been having issues with one of the employees NOT WANTING TO DO THERE JOB doesn’t want to help you find what you need then when you buy it and try to use it and it doesn’t work for what you need to use for then you return it they see to have a problem with it I was there earlier today and the manager made a remark saying it seems you always are having issues with the stuff you buy l and I said well I asked if this would have worked I wouldn’t of needed to return it and I asked you if it would work and I was told yes then I came back later that evening to try to get the right tool and I opened one of the sockets to check to make sure it would work before I purchased so I wouldn’t get berated again and have to come back and deal with the same manager then same female managers seen me open it to check and put it back then when I walk away picks it up and take it to the front then follows me around the store and keept looking at me as if I did something wrong I just would not recommend shopping at this store the only employee that seems to be any help is TJ

Always stocked well, helpful staff but corporate messes with people with deceptive “sale” policies and things like getting a huge discount offer AFTER having just shopped there. They do have what I need when I need it.
