Dr. Nio is an excellent doctor. how does it happen that the staff at the counter are so rude and unhelpful? it's always been a mistery to me, especially in a town where most people are friendly and polite. Is it a salary problem?

I have tried for 3 weeks (voicemails and patient portal) to get someone to call me back regarding a prescription and have not heard anything. Very frustrating. I like the doctor I see but the customer service is lacking.

Been coming here since I was a child and it progressively gets worse. The office staff is incredibly miserable and hateful. Impossible to get an appointment.
