The staff is friendly and helpful, and dealing with a criminal level of understaffing by the state. They will do everything they can for you, but they can't necessarily do much. Trying to reach them by phone is next to impossible and the website may or may not work. You have to go in person - and since their receptionist left they are appointment-only. Fixing this will take new legislators who are willing to fund vitally necessary state services.

They were closed for lunch and didn't open when the sign said it would. When I went in the computer was down to sign in on. I waited for about 15 minutes to be told to call in since that was my very first time going there.was very helpful

If I could give this institution negative stars I would. Trying to apply for simple unemployment benefits has been an absolutely hellish nightmare. Been waiting 3 months for some help. If I wasn’t so smart with my money I would already be on the street. What is the point of paying taxes for these services if the online website is up maybe 5% of the time. Don’t even get me started on how “helpful” The drones working there are. I’ve gotten the same scripted response all leading me to the same dead end. This is ridiculous and I am beyond irate.

They never answer the phone, their voicemail box is full, And they don't allow walk-ins. This place is worthless, a waste of taxpayer dollars, and an insult to everyone struggling with unemployment. This is what he should be shut down and everyone who works there fired. They do not do their jobs. They are paid to do nothing.

I was laid off on May 3. It’s now June 25 and I have not received one payment in unemployment benefits. It took me weeks to finally get my benefits even started. There was a problem with their online system and no one would answer the phone. I finally got someone on the phone at the one 800 number to get me started. I’ve submitted at least five claims since then. When I called the toll-free number it tells me there’s an issue with my claim. I try to call the local offices, they either don’t call me back or it says the mailbox is full and hangs up on me. This is absolutely asinine

Have been trying to get in in touch with someone at local unemployment office. Mailbox is always full and nooone ever answers the phone. The prompt on the phone tells you to call the 800 number and it says everyone is busy. How are you supposed to get any help? I have been trying for a week.

They send me a letter that I received on June the 2 ndto contact them before June 3 Rd I tried all day yesterday and they even had my number to call me back so I tried again today and they just throwed my claim out I couldn't contact them no earlier because I didn't find out anything till yesterday it's not my faught the mail can't get our mail to us on time I've been trying since Nov. To get my unemployment calling in every week and just now find out there was a problem with my claim does anyone know who I can contact over this I've worked my life and pay in just to get screwed over when I need it
