Helmuth did a phenomenal job on our shed! We were first time buyers and found their website easy to navigate and the online ordering was a breeze. We really appreciated the ability to visualize on the 3D model what exactly the finished product would be and even use a scale model to plan out what we'd be able to store in a given floor plan prior to ordering. They made the entire experience a joy, start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone in the market!

Can't ever get a hold of the office to make my payments. Also, I feel as though our payments have dragged out longer than they should have for the RTO option. Perhaps I should have researched that route a bit more, as I definitely feel with as much as we pay over the "minimum" payment each month, we should be paid off by now.
Edit to add;
Lowered the star rating by one, as I wrote this original review 3 years ago or longer at this point, and just recieved a reply 4 days ago. Seems a little late, which backs up my original review. I've long since been done with this payment plan, and have no different feelings towards them now, besides one less star.

I have purchased a dog kennel and a storage building from Helmuth, and just put in an order for a greenhouse too. Their buildings are well built and attractive, and are excellent quality! Both are on foundations put in by Fundamental Siteworks, and I could not be happier with the results! A shout out also to Calvin, who makes the delivery process easy for the customer, and is always willing to answer all of our questions about how the various machinery works!

I was mesmerized by the one man delivery! Very experienced and professional, is I can say! He really knew what he was doing! He delivered two sheds and had it done in no time at all. One was in the woods on a slope, between trees that were close together. It was just amazing how proficient he was getting the job done. The sheds are amazing and we are 100% satisfied with the sheds and the delivery. Thank you so much, Helmuth Builders!

I bid on this building in an auction and won. It took a bit to get it here because of the weather-the ground was saturated. They didn't want to deliver and tear my yard up, which I appreciate. It was pretty interesting to watch the process of the gentleman taking it off the truck and moving it into place. I had never witnessed this before. He had it set up pretty quickly. I think the quality of the building is excellent. The service was very good.

Quality products and timely service, what more could one ask for? Calvin did an excellent job placing the building using state of the art technology. Calvin also communicated well in advance in regard to the delivery time and he was within 3 minutes of the stated time. Highly recommend!

What a pleasure dealing with this Helmuth Builders, from initial sales to delivery and setup. We found them to be exceptional and very professional. Our greenhouse was built to our specifications, with timely updates on construction. Delivery was done without a hitch, even with a narrow corridor to move our greenhouse into our backyard. We highly recommend that you consider Helmut Builders for your next project.
