I needed a painting matted and framed and was closest to Michael's, so I went there first. I was ignored! I stood at the framing desk for too long. The passing employees not even acknowledging me!
I went to Hobby Lobby and was greeted immediately. I felt important. They were professional and kind. Thank you!

I will never come to this one again. Not only did we get run over multiple times by employees with giant carts, but the lovely cashier Beth decided to run people over with a customers cart and then get in my face and tell to get my attention so she could check us out. She never once tried to get our attention from the register. Just right up in mine and my husbands face.

The store was not helpful when I called about a small item I accidentally left. I live an hour away from the store, so I thought to give them a call to see if my item had been found. The lady told me that I would need the original receipt or that she could look at the camera to help me. When I told her I did not have the original receipt as I threw it away as most people might do. I asked her if she would be able to go onto the cameras like she had suggested. I knew the date and the time that I was there. She proceeded to tell me that she could not do that however, she originally suggested it herself! She even said that it would help us to know if someone behind me even accidentally picked it up. I loved shopping at Hobby lobby and that day I spent over $350 on flowers. It’s pretty sad that the lady could not help me with even her own suggestion. Very contradicting! I will not return.
