Kroger is a well-organized and clean grocery store that provides a wide selection of quality food and household products. Customers appreciate the fresh produce, meats, and seafood, noting that these items are often superior to other stores. While it may not have everything needed, it offers enough variety to limit trips to other retailers. The pharmacy service is fast and friendly, with staff providing helpful assistance. However, some customers have mentioned issues with the water jug filling station, which needs maintenance. Overall, Kroger is a convenient place for shopping, with attractive deals that encourage impulse buys.
Josey was the best today at helping me at the customer service. Great, professional worker!

Large store. Reasonable prices and sales. Friendly staff.
Appears to be full of self-check outs. I think this concept is ludacris. I believe that I am providing a service and not being compensated or discounted.
