The check-in process for bloodwork was easy and quick. I typically have difficult veins, where it takes several tries to work, but not today! First try was a direct hit, minimal discomfort, & she kept checking with me to make sure I was doing okay. I was dreading this appointment all week and it was such a positive experience!

On Wednesday, 8/7/24, right after 3 p.m., I went to this location to do semen analysis, and there was a lady at the front desk. She gave me a container. After I have collected the sample, I went back in less than 30 minutes, and provided them with the sample. At this time there was a young man at the front desk. I handed over to him, he took it, and I said that is it, he said yes. I left. One day later they generated a test result, and they say that because I have not provided a sample they do not have any test results. I just do not know where to start! LabCorp good luck with people like that at this location! I hope that you have a camera footage to see when I walk in and provide the sample. And I am pretty sure you have them.

I have to say - my experience here was really fantastic! Nurse did one very gentle stick and draw, and got me in and out within seconds!

my experience was not horrible. i was very worried to go based off how they were rated on here. usually you check yourself in on a kiosk, which asks for a preferred name but this preferred name was not used. all i did was get my blood drawn and it went fine, it was fast and i wasn’t mistreated medically. its just irritating that in a medical building, they ask for a chosen name and do not even use it. either it is not communicated through the system to the nurses or it was blatant disregard. either way, my labs experience was not horrible but i wish they used the name i put. i’d rather go to another place that respected me better.

These people are crooks. Every time I go there, they are trying to collect $100 copay, which I don’t have. They say this info comes directly from my insurance company and they can’t change anything in their system. They are the only medical provider who does that. I am convinced this is an intentional practice. Just think about every insured patient loaning them $100 interest-free for a month…..

This is the second time I went for blood work and the second time my blood work was not ready. I even went a week early to make sure my doctor would get it on time. This time they have no record of it even being drawn. They ask you for a driver license and there should be NO LOST test, NO MIX UP, NO ISSUES. My doctor said he is not going to recommend them as he has had problems with them before. If they send a bill I will gladly go to court because they did not do their job.

I don't like giving negative reviews but my experience here was awful. The woman who took my blood was not wearing gloves or a lab-coat. She placed the needle and vials for blood on my lap and used my leg as a medical tray. She put the vials that were full of my own blood on my lap even after I told her that I faint. She had a bored and kind of smug attitude which I would never care about in any other circumstance, but it just added to her nonchalance about the extremely unhygienic and concerning things she was doing. It was gross, demeaning, and I seriously hope I don't get some kind of infection.
