I almost never leave reviews, but I was really blown away with the experience at Mattress Firm. Lynetta was amazing!
We have been shopping for the last year to replace our 13 year old Tempurpedic Rhapsody. She helped us find the Tempurpedic model that was closest to our old Rhapsody. She even talked me out of a much more expensive option that I was considering. Lynetta was friendly, low pressure, VERY knowledgeable, and made our experience very pleasant. 100% will be back in 13-15 years when this one wears out.
