Mercy House Thrift Store is a popular destination with a great variety of items and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the well-organized store, including a "like new" clothing room and a separate section for plus sizes. The prices are generally very good, making it a favorite for rebuilding wardrobes and finding treasures. While some find the clothing digging a bit challenging, the effort is often rewarded with quality finds. The household, kitchen, and glass items are priced variably, with some deals and some higher prices, but overall considered reasonable. The store is a bit grungier than others, but the lower prices and friendly staff make it enjoyable. Many customers note the staff's awareness and helpfulness, creating a positive shopping experience.
