Two words: simply exemplary. That’s what Mini Stor It has been for me. They are without a doubt the best storage place around. The location in the area is fantastic, they help find you conveniently located units, they are secure, the hours are great, they’re reasonably priced, they’re well maintained but most of all, the staff is OUTSTANDING! They are make or break it for Mini Stor It. Absolute top notch customer service! The ladies are friendly, very intelligent, experienced, knowledgeable, have great common sense, are extremely accommodating; they go above and beyond and are just all around THE BEST. I can’t thank them enough for all they do for me. Thank you Mini Stor It!!!

We used this storage 4 years ago and it was great. Very clean units, great customer service and perfect location. Stopped by to possibly use again in near future and same great service. Prices have gone up as expected and they have units available. Also completely fenced in and very secure.

We have used Mini Stor It for two summers for our JMU student. They run summer specials that are very reasonable, but get in quickly, they fill up. The staff is very easy for parents to work with from a distance. Their communication is excellent. All contracts can be done via phone and online. Thank you foe making our summer moves easier!

I've compared rates between a few storage unit companies in the area and this place was the most reasonably priced for what I needed. The facility is very clean and properly maintained and the staff are wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough!
