I had a spa pedicure and it was amazing! First time I've been given a massage with my pedicure! It was just what I needed! I will be back! I also gave my 10% off coupons to some JMU college students at the gas station nearby! Yall rock Model Nail Spa! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

During my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience with your staff. Since they did not speak English, it was difficult for me to communicate my preferences. This was my first time at your salon, and they did not ask what color or shape I wanted for my nails. Instead, they began filing them down, which left my nails shorter than I wanted.
When I asked about the price, for there extra product I was told $50 instead of $15. It also seemed as though they were distracted—watching videos on their phones and speaking to each other in Vietnamese while doing my nails—rather than focusing on customer service.
I believe this is something that can be improved through better training and clearer communication with customers. I am not asking for an apology, but I do hope you will address this so future customers can have a better experience.

This was my second time at Model Nail Spa and I continue to be pleased with their services. I have gotten the special spa pedicure twice now and the shoulder/neck massage at the end is the best way to end it!

made an appointment with vincent and he did an excellent job truly! The prices are so reasonable also, everywhere else is so expensive but i was very surprised so i gave a good tip! Everyone was very welcoming and the staff were so nice…she even gave me a little nail photoshoot! But my nails are absolutely stunning even better than the reference picture! Will definitely coming back thankyou to everyone at model nails and spa especially vincent! My sisters also got theirs done and they are very happy with how theirs came out also! Such a great experience! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!!!
