Jeans had 50% off, buy 1 get 1 free offer. I bought 2 jeans but the final total had only 25% off. When I asked about it, the cashier said it's 25% for each jeans and that makes it 50% for the whole sale. I told her we can't add percentage like that and it didn't make sense. She said the math is complicated. It isn't complicated. The store was just scamming by having a board that says 50% off but charging customers more.

I had the best experience at Old Navy today. The lady at the dressing rooms and the cashier were super friendly and helpful. Wonderful customer service!

Very friendly employees, okay selection, and some great sales. It's definitely better than the last few times I've been in an Old Navy --- absolutely worth stopping in and checking it out.

super disappointed they no longer carry plus sizes in store. they used to be my go-to here in town for any last minute cute clothes for decent prices, but unfortunately will have to go back to ordering online.
