Awesome experience! Car started misfiring on a road trip Saturday afternoon. I pulled up even though they weren’t supposed to be open. I was immediately greeted and helped. They did a test drive and checked codes. Then a thorough engine inspection, removed the covers, checked the fluids. Turned out to be an animal nest on the lower part of the engine. After removing the nest they checked and rechecked all the wires, connections and anywhere there may have been chewing. They didn’t want to charge me! I was back on the road within 90 minutes with a recommendation to follow up with the dealer for any electrical problems. I made my 7 hour journey safely and confidently. God bless you guys for being so willing to help a woman in need and on short notice!

These guys are amazing very trustworthy and did a awesome job let me tell you they went above and beyond I wouldn’t go anywhere else I found them by doing reviews as I was hesitant about going to a car shop they had great reviews and they definitely did not disappoint thank you Kevin and team for such a great experience!!!

I went to Orlandos on Wednesday and let me say, it was the best experience I’ve had at a car place in my life!! I always get so nervous to go to auto repair shops because almost every other place has been standoffish and/or rude towards me and it makes me a bit anxious. I felt comfortable talking to the man that helped me and he even took the time to kindly explain things that I did not understand. Plus, he was funny too! I really appreciate how they run things there, and if I have anymore problems, I know exactly where to go! I highly recommend them. Best place in Harrisonburg by far.

These guys are amazing. A real pleasure to deal with. Honest, communicative, and fixed my truck quickly. Can't recommend highly enough. I don't live in the area, but broke down on my way through, and I'm so grateful to have found them. Thank you Kevin and crew!

My car was making this vibrating/rattling sound for over a week, and it seemed to be getting louder. I called their shop and they told me to come by the following day and they'd take a look.We took it for a drive around the block (it was only making the noise when I was idling) and said it sounded like my heat shield was loose.He crawled under, and my heatshield was indeed loose. He removed it, and the entire thing took 20 minutes.Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.I would recommend. They seem to be quite busy, but they'll help you out!

Very shady place. I asked for an oil change and state inspection. They put in synthetic oil without asking what type of oil I preferred. They resolved the oil change price and then didn't charge me for the state inspection. Why not charge me for the inspection? The reason was that they didn't do a full inspection. They never took two tires off of the car as required by law. One can easily tell when a tire has been removed from a car with dirty wheels. Finger and hand marks all over in the brake dust. They told me it failed for leaking rack and pinion and a bad control arm. They didn't look into why it was leaking but gave me an estimate for a whole rack and pinion replacement and for the control arm that included a ball joint assembly as well. Totaling an estimate of over $800 of repairs when they couldn't explain why it was needed. That's three strikes in one visit.

Transmission had trouble on my way through the mountains on vacation. I called MANY different shops and they were scheduling 4 days or more out. These guys were able to get me in the same day. They fixed the problem AND told me about an upcoming issue with my rack and pinion. They came to the waiting room and explained everything they were going to do to fix my transmission as well as the upcoming issue. Their customer service is EXCELLENT!!! Their work is GREAT!!! Plus, their rates are REASONABLE!!!

Advertised opened on Saturdays at 830, waited until 9 and they still didn't open. Other than that I can't speak on their ability to repair vehicles.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Kevin and the Orlando Auto Repair team-they are absolutely amazing!Our vehicle had broken down on our daughter while she was at school and we were unable to drive it home (back to Philadelphia). I noticed how great their other reviews were and gave them a call. Kevin didn't hesitate to help us out, he got the vehicle towed to the shop and got us an estimate within days. He called me daily with updates on the timing of the parts and service, they were extremely honest with the price and allowed the vehicle to sit with them until we could get down to pick it up. Kevin even called the following day after we picked up the vehicle to make sure we made it home safely and the car was still running well!Thank you so much Kevin! All the positive reviews are accurate, they treat you like family and are incredibly timely and accurate- couldn't be happier with our service.

This is the only mechanic shop I would ever consider taking my car to. I've had my car towed beyond the tow limit just to have them work on my car.Anytime I've had any questions or issues with my car, they have always treated me great! Very friendly, super helpful, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg for repairs. Very fair prices!
