I'f I could give a 0 star I would.Took are pup in to get a bath and trim he is a shih tzu poodle havanese mix so he has long hair kinda Matty nothing a brush wont take out soon as I dropped him off the lady automatically was hell bent on shaving him after multiple times of telling her that he brushes out fine. Which I do all the time plus baths every other week And we live on a old farm so soon as he is clean he goes right to the dirt floors in the barn and rolls have never once had a issue brushing out the knots he just has rough long nappy hair do to his breed mix . Said multiple times I just want a bath and him trimmed up dont want him looking like a rat he has always been a big fluff ball of hair since we got him at 8 weeks old and told them multiple times do not make him look like some poodle brush bath and trim I pick him back up they shave him down to nothing and gave him this absolute looking horrible cut I WANT MY REFUND AND THIS PLAVE IS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN they dont listen to the customers and do what they want

How pet stores can be allowed to keep and sell live animals with zero thought to their care just because they are fish is beyond me. The bettas are the saddest thing I’ve seen. Sideways in those small cups, fin rot, dull colors. Bettas need more space, they need clean, warm water. They are treated as disposable in these stores and it’s disgusting. They are shipped in, placed on the shelves in the cups, and left to die. No standard of care or humane treatment.
I told the cashier that the bettas are so sad. She said that that’s just how they are, they are slow swimmers. Anyone who has kept a betta in an appropriate sized tank with a filter and heater can tell you that those little guys can zoom when they are feeling active. These ones in the store don’t have room to swim. I told her no, there are fish over there that are sick and dying. She repeated that they are just slow swimmers. I told her to go over there and look, there are some laying on their sides, fins ripped up, that I’ve been keeping bettas for 20 years, there are fish over there that are sick and dying. I get she’s a cashier, she’s not running the store, but please show some humanity for another living creature, listen to what I’m saying. Betta care in these stores have gotten worse, they used to actually try to keep the cups clean. Now they keep them on the shelf until they are too visibly sick and toss them away. I ended up buying one, which doesn’t help the overall situation I know, but my heart was breaking. Find a reputable breeder online for bettas and learn how to properly care for them before purchasing. They need at least a 5 gallon tank with heater and filter.
How do we get higher of standards of care for betta fish in these stores? Why can’t any stores set that example?

Not any dogs or cats. Only birds and small critters like ghinny pigs. We got 3 fish and they died before we got home, pretty disappointed. It seams like an under staffed store.

AMAZING EMPLOYEES LIKE Amber,Ryan,Jasmine, and 808191, and many more associates. Like the young lady who worked Saturday, May 25th, at that the register. She wants to groom SCOOTER. We've even signed up for training, also. I just can't thank these people enough. We will Never go anywhere else for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel's needs ❤️ ? ? ? ? ❤️ ? ? ? ? He's 4 months old. Too cute...
Store well stocked and clean, and the people know what they are doing.

I love the merchandise they sell in this store but good Lort sweet Jesus if you have to return ANYTHING you better have your receipt or your screwed. I tried to return a leash one day and a couple harnesses another day and was told they could not return them without a receipt. I've looked at their return policy online and NO WHERE does it say you need a receipt for these items as long as you're ok with a gift card which I'm more than willing to get. Some may say that my having a pile of tattoos could be the reason but I think our society has more or less accepted tattoos so I just say it's managers that don't know their own policies and are just to damn lazy to concern themselves with the people that ultimately pay their wages. Best part, last night I went in and they now have no history of me buying anything from PetSmart, EVER! I find this comical because I've been a member of their frequent customer program since the early 2000's and the staff there used to call me by name when I'd come in. Y'all take it for what it's worth, but if they'll do it to me I guarantee you that you're not immune to the same kind of bull that I've dealt with.

Perfect Bed
I am so happy my Dane group talked about how wonderful Gorilla Dog beds are. I bought this for my Dane puppy to ensure she gets proper padding on her elbows and joints as well as a bed that she can not chew and destroy.. This bed supports her and her growing body perfectly. I can lay down next to her and we still have room. I will be buying another one for our bedroom as well soon. Thank you for making fantastic and perfect beds.
