I had a disappointing experience at this place. The staff was incredibly unhelpful, showing a lack of knowledge about the brands they carry. The dresses looked worn out and outdated, far from the quality I expected. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish outfit. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere

Joy's shop feels like a dream. It has such a lovely, calm aura. Not only is the boutique cute as all dress inventory are just as awesome. Trunk show + wine tasting. Would highly recommend Isabella Grace Bride by Reflections to any bride!

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews here; my experience with this store was nothing short of phenomenal. By the way, if you want a customized wedding dress in a specific color - THIS is the shop to go to!!!I wandered in one afternoon when I had ten minutes, and the ladies were super attentive and sweet and immediately started helping me look for what I wanted. I told them I wanted a red formal gown, they asked what for, and I said for my wedding, because I didn't want to wear white. They told me I should make an appointment, because they actually can make red wedding dresses!!!I was FLOORED. I have spent the last two months scouring the internet and not really being able to find what I wanted, figuring I'd have to drive to DC or Richmond, or buy a bunch of dresses online and try them on. I wanted a very specific cut and style that is hard to find.I made an appointment and came back. The ladies were soooo nice, so attentive, I'm a size 14, and they had plenty of larger dresses that they clipped down to fit my size. And they brought out several that were exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't believe it.Joy is the dress designer here, and she is an absolute SWEETHEART. She told me all about how so many women want a more customizable dress in a custom color, and so she created her line in order to make that dream come true for women that is more affordable. Needless to say, I am over the moon. I was genuinely worried that I'd never find what I wanted. I went to another dress shop in town and tried on their formal dresses, and they just couldn't even compare.I still can't believe I found a RED WEDDING GOWN in the exact cut that I wanted. On top of that, the dress can be made with interchangeable sleeves. So I'm going to wear one sleeve during family photos, another sleeve at the ceremony, and strapless during the reception and on the dance floor. I am sooooo excited!!!I cannot recommend this store enough! Especially if you want a unique color or something semi-customizable. The ladies were all incredibly nice and the whole shopping experience was so much fun! And now I'm getting my dream dress! ?

Went here in 2020 to get a bridesmaid dress (with an appointment mind you) and was treated badly the entire time like I was an inconvenience and they laughed and made comments about my size and little did they know I had just birthed twins 7m prior who almost died and were hospitalized for a while and was feeling very fragile. They made comments in front of my face with a pageant mom about how annoying and stupid bridesmaids are and how they hate working with us and they made me stand at the counter for two hours while they helped a bunch of people that came up after me but were skinny and pretty and spending more money than me so I guess they were more important than me. Anyways after they told me it would take weeks to get my dress and a lot of alterations to fit my body and made a lot of remarks about how dumb and stupid and annoying I was just by being there, I left in hysteric tears and my husband called and ripped the owner a new one for body shaming his post Partum wife and insulting me bc he’s the best husband. OH and the best part….. this was February the wedding was in October….. in SEPTEMBER they had not sent in any of our measurements yet and we didn’t get our dresses till 4 days before the wedding so I had to make my own alterations using safety pins hidden inside the dress ✌?

It was really hard for me to think about what kind of dress that I wanted because I'm quite indecisive. I only knew a few things I was looking for specifically, and I know that I can make me a difficult bride to work with.However I was treated with the utmost care by Kim, who went above and beyond to find me dress after dress that met so many expectations until she finally brought me out *the one*. I was overwhelmed with so much emotion, and she made it all feel so special. Now I get to live out my dream wedding in my beautiful, black (and very sparkly), cinderella-esque wedding dress. Thank you Kim, and thank you to the team here. These are truly wonderful people!

The staff at Isabella Grace was awesome to work with! They listened to my daughter's likes/dislikes and was able to pull several dresses which were exactly what she was looking for! Would highly recommend them!

Awesome place and people!! I went in last minute with my daughter hoping to find a dress for her homecoming that night and they did just that!! From the moment we walked through the door they were very welcoming and helpful!! They took my daughter right under their wing and found her the perfect dress!! Definitely recommend!!

Joy, Thank you for making the experience so easy and for finding the perfect dress. I knew it was mine when I saw you bring it out and before I even tried it on. I cant wait to wear it for the big day. You all are amazing and made me feel so comfortable its not easy for plus size brides put you guys are the best!!

I had a bit of an idea of what I liked and my stylist, Kim, listened to me and pulled gowns that matched what I was looking for. She was very nice, easy to talk with, and very helpful! Joy was sweet as well. I found my dress and my crew and I had a wonderful time!

This is our second year purchasing a dress here. Last year we had a good experience. Today was was amazing. All the sales people and Joy were great. The went above to make my daughter feel important. I highly recommend this store.
