Relentless Rip off. Outrageous prices after you hire them to unload a uhaul. $1600 for 3 hours! $400 trip charge for 2 guys just showing up. $100 an hour but every piece of furniture is an add on. I had them stop after 3 hours and when I refused to pay they stood in my apt refusing to leave bully me, until I gave them the $200 cash I had and zelled thm $659. I plan on filing a civil suit. They should not be allowed to bully people into paying them outrageous prices for 3 hours of work. They didn't even unload half of the truck!

This is very DISHONEST company. They give a low hourly rate to make you feel like they are inexpensive . You receive a very long contract which basically allows them to add more than the hourly rate charge for every piece of furniture moved. They claim something is heavy $75 more dollars per piece even if one person carried an item themselves. They will park the truck just far enough away from the door so that they can charge you more for a long haul. Unless you want all items delivered to your foyer you will pay plenty extra for what they term as a staging fee. They do not handle mattresses with care and will get them dirty on the bottom of the truck. You will be asked to pay cash before they unload and you will be inundated with all these large an unexpected charges that you must pay in cash before they unload. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you get an all-inclusive quote.

My expierence with Relentless Moving Logistics was phenomenal! The staff was all very helpful and responsive and my movers, Antonio and Junior, were incredible! Moving can be so stressful and they truly made the process so much easier, would highly recommend!

This company is only worth one star because of the people actually doing the moving. They give you a five page super vague contact, nickel and dime you and then tell you "it's all in the contract". Want to actually fill your boxes? They will charge you $40 a box that they deem "heavy". Want to move your furniture to your new home? Get ready to pay $50+ PER PIECE! Don't be fooled like I was!

I don’t know where these positive reviews are from. Here’s my experience- we moved back to the area. Because of my medical condition, I needed help moving my belongings off the truck. I tried booking with this business and they were VERY wishy-washy- texted me with no introduction- I had no idea who they were. They went under several company names. I got several quotes and they changed constantly. I asked for a written contract and that’s when they got upset with me! How dare I ask for a written contract!They said they would show up at 9 am on the day I asked. No one showed up or called me. I waited until 3 pm to call another company. They didn’t answer my calls, kept putting me off on TEXTS, which I find very unprofessional. This was in September, 2022. The reason I am writing this review now- because I keep getting billed for something that never happened. Through an app I’ve never heard of. I do NOT owe money to anyone I did NOT sign a contract with, I did NOT see, have NOT verbally spoken to. I looked this business up- there is no such place on Country Club Road. And I have lived here all my life and have never heard or seen these folks EVER. I don’t like to disparage businesses, I know that some people leave ridiculous bad reviews, but this one has me genuinely concerned.

From the start relentless did an awesome job of ensuring me everything I needed would get done. Antonio and Dalton were awesome, personable and very like able! Helped me out immensely! And jasmynne was amazing! Every step of the way she was helpful and amicable. If you need anything moved, these are the folks to go to. I can’t recommend them enough!

This is the second time we have used Relentless to help us move. The first time was across town and the second time was across states. Relentless is highly professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. Wonderful team to work with! Highly recommend and would definitely hire them again!
