Rex is a good man and his apprentice is also good in the service department. My Hustler needed repairs and general service. They did it quickly and we'll. The price was terrible at $800+, but everything is expensive these days.

I am new to the area and I do tree removal. Went to these guys to slowly build a steady relationship with this place. SERVICE/ REPAIR was literally the worst I have ever delt with in my life. The guy was so rude to me and my employee. Guy runs the rates up for simple jobs. Over talks you to the point to where he belittles people that know exactly what they are talking about. For the other employees they are outstanding. Very friendly they do not deserve to work along side someone like the guy in service. This guy makes the whole place look bad. Definitely lost my buissness after today. Honestly speechless at the way this company let's him do this.

Russ is our hero! Our small business bought a skid steer from Rockingham New Holland and we needed the equipment ASAP. Russ kept us in the loop and got the equipment to our job site FAST. He went above and beyond and that's customer service that you don't see everyday! I highly recommend taking your business to Rockingham.

They deserve no stars . I wouldn’t recommend this placeThey picked up my mower for service. They kept it for two weeks and the service manager was rude when we checked on the progress, and he was no help at allThe bill was three times what I expected. I recommend calling the local John Deere dealership and do not go to these people.

My vehicle broke down earlier today and i was able to get into their parking lot. It was raining and William was nice enough to come out in the rain and jump the vehicle so i could get my windows up. All the guys were really friendly and very helpful.

Had my hustler zero turn mower serviced for some issues that were going on . Those guys had my mower back up and going by the afternoon without even making an appointment. I was impressed!!

Needed an engine replaced per the parts department it was easier to get them to replace the motor then to do it myself due to the paperwork required to replace the motor. I agreed and delivered the Zero turn mower to the dealer for engine replacement. After a few short days they called and they attempted to sell me all kinds of things then proceeded to tell me that my equipment was not worth fixing! Keep in mind I calculated this before taking it to them in the first place. Now that I declined the additional work they no longer want to replace the engine. The service department was rude and attempted to sell me a new Zero Turn. I declined as if I were to buy a new Zero turn I would not have sent it there for repair in the first place. They of course upset me due to insulting the very machine as to state it's not worth fixing. I disagree and did not ask them to evaluate nor appraise the thing. I just wanted to replace my engine. I am taking it somewhere else that provides customer service.

Terrible customer service. These people will rip you off for any repair, I went there for a lawnmower repair. Would not recommend to any body.
