Called about student housing and the next day had a list of about 10 different options. Asked a bit more info on two and eventually picked Camden Townes. Application requires a lot of information, but straight-forward.

Maintenance is prompt, but sometimes will charge you for things you did not break. Make sure to follow up and dispute these.
