I was shopping in the store between 1pm-2pm, I had picked out some items to try on before purchasing, and when I went to fitting rooms the lady working there was very rude.
Her demeanor and communication was not welcoming, helpful, or nice at all. Then leaving the fitting rooms I was trying to give her items I did not want and was completely ignored so I hung my own number card up and put my own items away.

Was there on Monday. The staff that works was friendly. The store is mostly are organized but it is clean. I really like that they have lot variation of dresses. The dresses is a little expensive compare to another store. The fitting room ladies mirror looks like someone wash it but has a lot of stain left on the mirror. Please do fix that problem. I would like they to organize the dresses by size to easier find dresses to my size.

adrian definitely needs a break or a new job, he sloppily threw all the clothes i bought in the bag, didn’t even greet me or tell me have a nice day. usually the ladies that work here are very nice but 3 stars for his attitude and inability to try to be even half decent at a customer service job

I love this Ross store and how it is set up for an easy shopping experience. The prices were reasonable and they had a wide selection. The staff was friendly. Much better than where I am from.

Ross's is a great place to shop you can find some really unique items unexpectedly in Harrisonburg. Jimmy is the manager there he does a fantastic job always willing to help

Been here 3 times since the first of Dec.The first two times I left before checking out because the lines were so long. Today I actually checked out but while doing so the cashier called for the next person in line before I had completed my transaction. (Noticed they all did it) They also requested over the loud speaker for those in line to remove the hangers from the clothing.While I was waiting for my sister to finish her transaction at another register they came over the loud speaker once again this time to say “please don’t bother the associates on the floor or ask them to scan tags to find out a price for an item. “I’m sorry, but what happened to customer service? Isn’t the associates job to help the customer?If I find an item I want but it doesn’t have a sticker with a price but a barcode only, they want me to stand in line for who knows how long to find out the price and then decide if I want it, if it’s in my budget, etc?I might stand in line for nothing.I don’t think I’ll be back.
