I really like this location for their deals and it’s a pretty big store however other customers are always in here acting shady I visited this Saturday (July 9th 2022) and a woman took sunglasses off the the rack and I’m pretty sure she could of walked out with them I can’t confirm this or I would of let the workers know but we got called up to the register as this was was happening however I don’t think she put the sunglasses back because when I looked over she was gone and last I had saw she was wearing the sunglasses as if they was hers though she did not pay for them. It’s concerning to see this type of behavior happening though I understand it’s not the employees fault as they are busy ?

Good customer service, nice selection of clothing. Prices seemed fair/average $-$$. Women's section was a little cramped but nice store overall.

I get there's problem with shoplifting in the changing rooms but getting someone to come unlock the changing room is a pain. They're very rude and they took a while get back there to unlock a room. While I was checking out the cashier was very rude. She seemed miserable, just like the other yelper said. She was so monotoned, like she didn't even smiled or greet me when I walked in and she didn't even say thank you for shopping there. Nothing. Also, I watched her when I was shopping and I got a feeling she was judging the plus size shoppers. She also had a stank face when I was checking out too. Definitely didn't not feel welcomed.

The employees here are stuck up entitled little bitches, especially this one blonde who works there- she is very rude, makes faces to customers especially ones who are plus size and she doesn't greet anyone- she acts soo dead and miserable. The prices are too expensive here. But, some clothing items are real cute.

I will NEVER buy from here again. Boxers from Walmart last longer, the boxers I bought here lasted not even a month. And the tshirt I bought started fading after I washed it twice.

Not this stores fault, just rue 21 in general.. I ordered a pair of rue 21's sandals online, I did revive them within a timely manner. Although, when I received them I was very disappointed due to the extremely poor quality of the sandals I could have gotten better quality shoes from Walmart. Also sending back seems pointless due to I still loose 7$ for shipping fees.
