I have never had someone be so blatantly obvious. Walked up and watch to see if we were stealing. Had my daughter not needed the items, we would have put them back and left. I'm assuming since we had my 3 year old Granddaughter with us, we were targeted. So disappointed with this.

ONE STAR SELECTED ONLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAD TO SELECT AT LEAST ONE STAR IN ORDER FOR THIS COMMENT TO POSTOTHERWISENO STARS WOULD HAVE BEEN SELECTEDTERRIBLE customer service !I visited the Market Street location onFebruary 16 2023 at 4:07pmI was in there for a total of 10 minutes .There were 2 female sales associates present .I literally had to walk down each aisle in the store in order to find what I was looking for.Once I realized thatNO ONE OFFERED ANY ASSISTANCEI PUT THE ITEM BACK AND WALKED OUT.They were holding a personal conversation the entire time!COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

Nice people so kind and understanding. They even fit me in on easter weekend. My hair got pretty messed up from imuno stuff and a friend of mine. But they did everything in their power to help me make it look nice. I got to leave smiling when i went in crying.

They have everything you would need for hair, nails and makeup. A little pricey, but sometimes you can catch them with clearance items.

I called the store in order to confirm product availability. I was informed by Nikki (employee) that the store did not carry requested product. I found this odd due to her placing me on hold for all of 2 minutes. I then search online and became aware that the store does in fact carry the product. I then call back and ask Nikki to please check again. After insisting that she nor her co-worker knew anything about the product she placed me on hold again. Upon her return, she says that she does see the product on the bottom shelf. I asked for a manager. She stated there was no manager on duty today. She offered no apology and ended the call after I thanked her for checking again by saying, "Ummm hmmmm". It appears that employees prefer not to check for anything and lack quality customer service skills. Due to Covid they should understand that people may not just show up to the store unless they have to. Hence, calling before you visit in order to ensure they have what you would like to purchase.

Ridiculous. Sally's should inform their customers when they are purchasing certain products that they cannot be returned. Spent $120 for hair extensions, got home, realized they were too short, and tried to exchange for longer ones (for $145). Nope. Hair sales are final, something that should be told AT PURCHASE. Now I'm stuck with extensions that are the same length of my hair. What a joke. Never will I waste my time in such a poorly managed establishment.

I'm giving 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Everything rang up incorrectly. Items were clearly labeled a certain price and rang up a totally different price. When I asked why the clerk said she didn't know and did I still want them at the incorrect price. I said no, please give them to me for the correct price. She said no. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told no manager works there. I asked for the clerks name so I could call the corporate office. She refused to give it to me. I will not shop somewhere with falsely advertised prices.

The worst Sally's I have ever been to! Had no idea what the were doing. Need to hire some professional people with knowledge of the products thay have in the store!!!
