I just called trying to find a part. They wanted to schedule a service call. Got the part on amazon, youtubed the repairs, and saved myself a ton of money.

There is no longer a Sears in Harrisonburg, this one listed never existed and the address it gives is for the building where Sears Hometown was. It closed for good in July of 2018. I use to work there until we shut down.
