The speed and accuracy of service is seriously lacking! Yall need to hire some ppl if the ones you have can't keep up with the orders. Then the boy making drinks made my drink wrong but instead of remaking it or telling someone it needs remade he just leaves and goes on break. So I literally waited nearly 30 minutes for 2 cheese burger sliders, a cup of fries and an iced latte. That's ridiculous!! Convenient store??....Not!! Spent over $25 total just to have cold food! Thanks sheetz!!

They messed up an order at the cash register and wouldn't honor the purchase and stole 7 dollars.
Bad business practices and poorly trained cashiers.

Came got some OTM food at 4:45 am , I ordered MTO Burger that came with Pepper Jack Cheese , Ketchup,Mustard, Pickles, And Jalapeño’s with Cup Of Fryz , My Fiancee ordered Sausage Bunz (3 pack) with Onion Petals with Old Bay Seasoning , and Mozzarella Sticks for her side. In total we spent $26.54 on the food.
When we came home with our food , thats when we realized they didn’t give us our Sauces we asked for which was side of Ketchup and Marinara sauce.
This is ridiculous why is that every time when we order food here they always forget sauce which asked on ordering menu prompt computer if you want any. , pretty annoying if you ask me.
Overall its 4 star rating , would been 5 star if they didn’t forget our sauce !!

Lack of urgency to make customers food and poor attitudes from the women working in the kitchen. One employee was too lazy to even call out the order numbers for customers to know when their order is ready. Instead of preparing food it was mainly standing around and chit chatting going on from the employees.
I have been in this position before, it’s not difficult to execute. If individuals are not happy with their career, go do something else.
Food was made poorly, lacking the sense of care.

Fantastic Sheetz on East Market in Harrisonburg, VA! I stopped by at 3:30 a.m. Even as early as it was, the food was really tasty, and the service was very professional. One of the employees recommended some drinks to get you going in the morning. The drinks they recommended were great! Thanks guys!! I am highly pleased with this location!
