One of manager who’s name John, in this location is rude unprofessional. He has attitude! The way he communicated with me as a customer is terrible. He is a shame for T-mobile. Based on my personal experience, this unprofessional manager is awful and shame on him. I feel bad for his employees.At this location I recommend Payton.

I was on a Pokémon adventure in Harrisonburg Virginia on Burgess Road and needed a mobile hotspot to connect my Nintendo Switch and Pokémon Go to for my future adventures. I made a pitstop at T-Mobile to inquire about these. I was greeted at the door by Katie, who was eager to help me become a Pokémon Master. She lead me to the mobile hotspot display and assisted me in determining which hotspot will guarantee my success on this task. Once purchased and activated, Katie went the extra mile to ensure I was able to catch that next Pokémon! Definitely recommending others to come here and I hope to stop by again on my future adventures!

Just switched to TMobile from Verizon and got two new phones. The person who assisted us did not wait for all the files/apps to transfer from our old phones and he forgot to tell us that we would not have our phones working for 24 hours. We cannot work, check out finances, etc., because we are stuck with phones with temporary phone numbers -- not our phone numbers that were supposed to transfer over. We could not make or receive phone calls on the temp numbers for at least 6 hours after leaving the store. Calling the store was not helpful (they said that they could not do anything) and calling TMobile tech just let us know it could be 24 hours. Worried that we made a mistake switching from Verizon to TMobile.

Came in on Saturday evening at 7 pm we was going to upgrade 4 phones the representative we had was not very helpful she was more worried about whoever was calling her on her private phone because it was getting close to closing time and she still had customers and there was more coming in that was the conversation she had with who ever was calling her. There was a phone my husband was wanting to look at she told him that she couldn't unlock it from the stand that it was on he wanted to hold it and look at it before we paid that much money for a new phone but she wasn't willing to help so at that point we just decided to upgrade 2 of the phones because it was our grandchildren birthday and we was getting them iPhones she didn't ask if we was trading any phones in or anything she just wanted to get them activated get us out of there. We ended up having to call customer service because one of the phones still wasnt set up correctly and they also informed me that we could have turned in the old phones for a rebate off the iPhone cost. We will take our business to a different store to upgrade the other 2 phones.

Josh, the manager and his expert associate, Diana were absolutely incredible! My father and I had an issue with 5 phones. They both stayed an entire hour past closing time just to resolve and help us. Hard to find smart, professional and kind service nowadays. But this was 5 stars. Thank you josh and Diana

Worst customer service from Aaron. Had issues with phones, went to location to resolve it with text messages from T-Mobile and was told it was our Xfinity wifi causing our issues.
