My wife and I went into Staples to purchase ink cartridges for two printers. One staff member asked how he could help. He problem solved with another staff member even helping us to order what we needed for one of the printers. We were impressed with their genuine care for us as customers. Many thanks!

Went in looking for a 4k monitor, I don't think they had any in stock based on the price point. I wasn't greeted by anyone.

Got the paper copies I needed for my job but I asked how to put the paper in to scan it and then it printed weird twice and the blonde lady said there's nothing they can do. And I got charged for two papers that I can't use because they printed wrong.
