Got the paper copies I needed for my job but I asked how to put the paper in to scan it and then it printed weird twice and the blonde lady said there's nothing they can do. And I got charged for two papers that I can't use because they printed wrong.

The sales manger was a GREAT help when i had questions following my laptop purchase, but the store manager was NOT! We also had purchased an office chair earlier, and the salesman in that department was very accomodating as well. Makes one hesitate to make further purchases when treated rudely by the store manager.

Stopped in the other night to get a quick copy and Josh was awesome. I'm sure he had stuff to do to get closed but dropped everything to help me. Don't go very often but have always gotten good help.

Must be closing for good soon. Very low inventory, nasty store everywhere throughout. Shelves unorganized, tossed around items, products out of place throughout. Appears not to have been cleaned or properly stocked for many months. Employees ignored all customers. Good thing I only needed to use the self service copier.

Not only did no one offer to help, but when I asked for assistance, when looking at printers, I was exposed to abrupt and rude dialog. I was also given no assistance beyond a price check. I left without purchasing anything from their store. Sadly, this is not the first time I have had a negative experience at that particular store. I will not be shopping there again.

Worst customer service I've experienced, wasn't acknowledged, greeted, cashier was eating cookies while checking us out he didn't even speak during the transaction.we will never go back to this location

So, I had some binding done at staples. Yes there was a longer than expected wait because their machine was down and it had to be sent to another store. But....they had excellent customer service in letting me know what happened and fixed the problem. They did not charge me extra for the mistake that occurred. I would deff come again for further service.

I have only limited experience here. But I bought my office chair from them, and they were willing to help me find the one I wanted, get it from the back, and wheel it out to the front of the building while I got my car, and then even loaded it into the car for me. I had a good experience.

This place has definitely gone downhill. I used to be able to come in here and get something printed day off and now they tell me that the only option is 48 hours. If I was in a super hurry and I needed something or a special type of paper put in one of the printers they would do it, now they aren't willing to cooperate in any way. I am definitely not coming back to staples anymore or my business will no longer use their services for anything. The employee seemed to not care if their customer service was good or not and I will not work with any business that does not pride itself on customer service

I have been going to Staples for my office supply needs for as long as I can remember. This Staples is fine as far as Staples go. The people are friendly and helpful here. The store is well organized and clean. What more could I say?
