This in my opinion is one of the better Syscos. As soon as I came into to the receiving office I was acknowledged and greeted by the clerk and treated with respect I felt like they actually cared about their jobs.Had a 10 am appt showed up at 730 I was gone by 10am LTL of course nevertheless I appreciate how they do it here. No overnight parking pretty wide open so no issues backing be safe everyone.

NO Overnight Parking. Can get in @ 0500 but receiving does not come in till 0600. Only one driver in the office at a time so if weather is bad you will freeze or get wet. Had a 0700 appointment today (1/3/24), I was the 1st to check in and got a door right away, done and out of there by 0945. CAPSTONE is the unloading service and they SUCK! My load was floor loaded so they stacked & wrapped pallets on the trailer and left a huge mess behind of shrink wrap, empty tape rolls & drink bottles.

Gate was open when I came in at 530am for a 6am appt. Overall not a horrible experience. One thing to improve is the waiting outside in cold or heat... Its happens a lot at many shipper and receivers through out the country... Just food for thought...

Came in 2 n half hours early for my appointment, they got me in a door right away, the inbound Lady in the office was very nice and has outstanding customer service, that’s exactly what drivers need to be around sometimes, easy process

The truck delivery times are so bad that I want to apply to drive for Sysco, just to show that a 22 year old with no experience is faster than half of the employees who deliver the trucks. There is maybe a 5 percent chance of getting your delivery at the scheduled time. Often times it’s 4-6 hours late. I know it’s not easy, but I also know what a sense of urgency is. Overall it’s a super disappointing company to rely on. Products are fine and all else is okay, but minimal communication and minimal hustle. I wish it was just a one time experience but we just expect the truck to be hours late at this point. Other than the truck drivers and deliveries, I have no further issues.

This place is a joke. It doesn't matter what time you're appointment is you need to prepare to be here 4-6 hrs to get unloaded. The worst place ever to deliver to.

Overall very good. Arrived at 5:40am for a 6am appointment. Gate was still closed but opened about 5 minutes later. Drive along the line on the pavement, park and take paperwork inside. Lady in receiving was extremely nice and helpful. Got a door right away, put paperwork in back of the trailer. Capstone texted the bills. Paperwork was ready immediately after paying Capstone. Out the gate at 7:40 am. Would certainly deliver here again.Indoor restroom and a Coke machine. Minus 1 star for no overnight parking. Nice truck stop 1.5 miles north on US 11 though with lots of spaces.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the service provided by the company. It took an astonishing 6 hours for them to unload a mere 6 pallets. This delay was not only inconvenient but also displayed a lack of efficiency and professionalism on their part. One of the most concerning aspects of this situation was the apparent lack of competence among the workers. It was evident that they did not understand what they were doing, which led to unnecessary delays and frustration on my end. This lack of understanding may be attributed to insufficient training, indicating a severe oversight in the company's hiring and onboarding processes.Adding to my dismay, I observed that the supervisor, who should have been overseeing the operation and ensuring its smooth progress, was found sleeping in his cabinet. This is completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a leadership position, especially when the workers were visibly struggling to complete a relatively simple task. It not only reflects poorly on his professionalism but also raises concerns about the overall management and supervision within the company. In summary, my experience with this company was marred by a significant delay in unloading pallets, unprofessional behavior among the workers due to a perceived lack of training, and a supervisor who was neglecting his duties by sleeping on the job. This level of service is unacceptable and should be addressed promptly to prevent further customer dissatisfaction.

I had a 11 am delivery and arrived at 9:30 am. Gate for outside carriers was open hit the intercom and got no response so I followed the red lines and found Recieving and was given a door right away. Was out the gate at 11:15 but 25 minutes of that was on hold waiting to get an express code from my company for lumper! Super nice young ladies at Recieving window. No complaints here! Thanks
