Got home last night and my granddaughter brought me an article of clothing I had bought for her. It has a hard plastic anti theft device attached to the hem. I spent quite awhile trying to remove this. How does this not set off an alarm at the store so it can be removed safely!

This girl was throwing my plants into the bag and gave me really bad attitude. she also said she didn’t care if I spoke to the manager I didn’t get her name, but her attitude is just horrible and I think you guys should hire better people because that was just awful and my plants look horrible because of her

Clean, good selections in each department. Mostly organized. Good amount of parking.
Starbucks was closed a bit earlier than other standard locations. Could use a larger check out area (open cashiers and self check out kiosks).
Convenient location though.

Good, nothing unusual, at this part of year, it is all about sales...I am looking for water bottles and Target do have good collection of Thermos brand alongwith Stanley...

I’ve really enjoyed what Target has been doing lately with customer service. I appreciate that regular checkout is a thing again and not just self checkout. It’s nice to interact with someone. All the employees have been incredibly friendly too.

I love target is always been my very special place to shop at. They have amazing deals and items. The products are awesome. They close everything that they have amazing. Customer service is very OnPoint and I just love to shop there and hassle free.

Poor customer service. Attendant at drop off was short tempered and needed argue with me about whether or not I notified them of my arrival.

the lady working at the self checkout today was so kind!!! i was having problems with my book purchase and she was able to help me while also having a great attitude!! i think her name was arrie, she was great!!

Harrisonburg VA East Market store was dirty, trash everywhere at entrance breezeway, accessible buggy was dead as always, 1 cashier, a line of customers trailed out into the isles the week before Easter, all self checkouts full. I hope everyone reading this will expect more from this store or any and not spend your money there if they don't care about us as customers.

I love target, love everything in target, there products are always better than others and the workers are friendly into the store, I go shopping every week, that is why target stores are important to be located in USA

Picking up orders at Target is great - delivery is not. FedEx is incredibly lazy and refuses to deliver packages to the front door. So I have to hike down, then back up, 3 flights of stairs to get my packages, which have been left at the bottom of the stairs in my building. I feel bad for people that have items delivered and have mobility issues. FedEx just dumps the packages - found one in the middle of the hallway on the 1st floor, when I live on the 3rd floor. Too much trouble to actually deliver the packages I guess. ??
