My haircut was amazing. I was very nervous about getting shorter curtain bangs, but my stylist was very nice, talked with me about what I had hoped for, and was attentive. It was a big change for me. She did an amazing job and styled it perfectly! Very happy with how it turned out; I will be coming here for all of my haircuts, and I am eager to try other services.

I wish there were 10 stars to give because I would! I came in today meeting Chase for the first time for a hair emergency, he went above and beyond to fix my hair and make me feel beautiful again. He was honest and upfront on what to except this first time vs. my expectations. However he exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend him and have already booked my next appointment with him!

The Studio provided two artists to do my bridesmaids’ hair and makeup for my wedding day. Both of the artists arrived on time, were professional, and provided great service in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

I had never been to The Studio before some so I had some pre-haircut jitters. Tammy did an excellent job cutting my fine, straight hair from a photo I found online. I love it!
(And the shampoo chairs are the most comfortable I have ever been in!)

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Studio that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I had made a hair appointment, but unfortunately, due to an unexpected scheduling conflict with my son, I had to cancel it at the last minute.
To my surprise, when I contacted the salon to cancel and reschedule, I was informed that I would be charged a fee of up to 50%. This policy seemed particularly unfair considering the circumstances. What added insult to injury was the fact that the stylist assigned to me had canceled on me multiple times 3/18/2024, 4/22/204 most recently without any repercussions.
As a loyal customer who has consistently supported the Studio I was shocked and disappointed by their lack of understanding and flexibility. It's disheartening to see a business prioritize their own bottom line over customer satisfaction and loyalty.
I've always valued the service and expertise provided by the stylists Abby, as well as Elizabeth, but this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's clear that there's a disconnect between their customer service policies and their commitment to providing exceptional service.
In the future, I hope the Studio reevaluates their policies to better accommodate their customers' needs and circumstances. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
