“I can not Thank the lady at this location enough![I'm sorry I didn't even think to get her name] An unplanned but immediately necessary move while dealing with the tail end of a divorce- is enough to stress anyone,top that with a debit card hiccup at time of check out & i was ready to abandon all hope. After fixing the debit card issue[glitch on My end], it took all of 30 seconds to sign&have a receipt n hand. Before anyone could even hop out of the truck, this lady had trailer connected & lights etc hooked up! & being in early prom/College graduation/tourist season in this area we were certainly grateful for the top tier breaking system on the trailer! My family will certainly be using this location for future moves. 10/10”

“The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. I only get my gas from here in town as they offer non ethanol and the customer service has kept me as a loyal customer. They also have a uhaul rental service that has been a good experience recently. Truly can not recommend them more.”
“We got a 16 foot truck and we wanted a 12 foot. Nothing was mentioned that Budget had substituted. Locally, we were told that Budget drops the truck off and that is the way it is. They don't seem to have a strong process. Edit: They were very apologetic and made the situation right after the 12 foot truck came in a little late. That is worth a lot.”

“The best truck location to rent from in Harrisonburg! The guys at this branch are so amazing and kind and it’s always a pleasure renting from them. Blake is the man!
