HOLY GRAIL… OLAPLEX!!!
Today I went to Ulta to purchase Hair Care Products. I purchased OLAPLEX Shampoo and Conditioner as seen below. I also bought OLAPLEX No 7 Hair Oil for the first time! I was using a different brand. Because of one of the Reviews from someone, it states it’s the “ Holy Grail”!!! I’m going to FIND OUT!!! I decided to buy it! I had a 20% off coupon. The Sales Lady said that I could NOT USE IT! SHE WAS IMPATIENT!!! Where does it State that I CANNOT? Would ULTA please respond to this Review. ULTA WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO POST A PICTURE!!!

Drove 40 minutes to make a return and they only give store credit, which I found out cannot be used for online purchases only when I was trying to use my credit online. Such a scam. Their “customer support line” also asked for all of my information and promised their help before they would tell me I can’t spend it online.

Was in last week..Walked in store..first register closest to door..Associate there made eye contact with me and turned away..Never said anything to me and was never asked if I needed help from anyone in there working.Same when I left..Funny thing is when you are interviewed for a job there..this is emphasized..Good customer service as was quoted by manager who did interview..Need to back it up and re train employees.. My wife an daughter probably won't go back.

I was in about a couple of weeks ago and had the rudest encounter with the manager Ashlyn when asking a question. No hospitality or drive for the beauty world. Made the whole experience unenjoyable. I highly recommend anyone staying away from her if you need advice. She is a joke and I hope they do away with her. Good riddance.

I went in to Ulta (Harrisonburg, VA) looking for a specific brand of skin care products. Sales associate, Olivia asked me about my skin care needs, she listened and patiently helped me find products that were pretty specific to my needs and more in my budget. She was helpful and kind. Thank you, Olivia!
Other that the smell of so many fragrances that hit me in the face as soon as I walked in, this was a really good experience!

It's hard to believe that grown women shop here. I was expecting at least a clean experience, but everything was disgusting and covered with used, nasty makeup (minus one small section of makeup near the front that the staff was primarily focused on throughout my hour or so long visit). I was there looking for something to spend a $25 gift card on and was willing to spend more for a good product, but was unable to find anything that didn't look dirty or used (including hair products). I wish I had took pictures while I was there, but heed my words and don't shop at this establishment. I felt like I needed to take a shower immediately after walking into the store. Whether it's children destroying the products/property quickly after they clean it, or lazy staff, they need to get their stuff together. You'd think there would be maintained quality control throughout the day by the management system. I won't be back again.
