Bought an 18x18x18 box from the store. Paid for a label online and sent my package through them. I got a correction charge saying one of the dimensions in my box was 19. My package was a boxed good with some paper for cushioning. Either the box they sold me is measured wrong, or someone was generous with rounding their measurements.

I returned the total of 2 Amazon packages with QR Code with UPS and Amazon never got it back. Called UPS Customer Service, which has only automated answers. My suggestion: never trust someone to print label and ship for you. I called Amazon, they said they never received packages back, so I believe there were probable stolen/lost somewhere between UPS and Amazon.

The two ladies were so rude. Couldn’t just close my box with one piece of tape. Wanted to charge me a whole dollar to do so. Then wanted to argue that she needs to pay her lights and get paid that nothing is free. Worst customer service.

The pricing is outrageous. Cost $56 for a small to medium sized box that didn’t weigh much at all. Then Heba the store clerk asked me how to spell my name several times. I spelled it each time. She then asked for my drivers license to see the spelling. Then again after handing my license back she asked her again how to spell my name. LaRonna isn’t a difficult name to spell.

Pricing is ridiculous, staff is grumpy and has no concept of time, and they don’t take usps. Take an extra five minutes and go to the one on Port Republic instead!

Went in this UPS Store with a return pre-printed label. Had a very small package envelope and because it didn't have a very small piece of packaging tape to seal it, the lady was going to charge me $1.00 for a very small piece of tape to seal it!

Charged me a dollar for a piece of tape to go on my boxes. Really? I ship a dozen or more boxes a month from various ups store locations and never had an issue securing my parcels.

Dropped a package off with a prepaid label and was informed of a charge for taping the box. I thought I was being punked. Lol. they also charge tax for one piece of tape. All I can say is welcome to the Shenandoah valley.

This place will over charge and take advantage of you when you do amazon returns..... not helpful at all.... Go to the other one on Port Republic..... they do service with a smile will scan ur phone for bar code and help get you on the way!!!

I was there- today Thursday January 19 around 11:30a. There was a gentleman at the register, and I wish I caught him name, but unfortunately didn’t. But there was a line out the door and he was helping 3 or 4 people at a time. The transitions that took a little longer, he was patient with them, but the quick easy pick ups and drops off- he was still just as polite. Diligent, polite, quick, and calm! He ultimately was not the one who served me- but just wanted to give him a shout out of great customer service.

I love UPS but I will never use this location due to an employee there (Lynette I believe was her name) who made a judgmental statement about “where” I was sending a package to before I was even to able to ask details on the shipping. I called only to ask if they ship packages to a certain country & she responded “yes we do but it’s expensive to send there ma’am & you need to make sure you’re not being scammed & stated that’s a big scam country”! . First, it’s none of her business WHO I’m sending to, WHY (bc it’s family anyways) or WHERE. It was an ignorant comment on her behalf & very judgmental of an entire country based on some scammers! We have scammers right here in America & around the entire world! So Lynette, stop being a Karen who’s opinionated & judgmental not knowing the behind the scenes info… this was a huge turn off for me as a customer. It was only her job to provide shipping info I asked not be judgmental based on her personal belief or possibly experience with someone in that country.
