Priority packages an envelopes are constantly left on top of my apartment complex mailboxes for anyone to grab. We have called numerous times about this and it is still being done. Made it to where we had to start sending packages to a different address

Let me start by saying I hate leaving bad reviews. But I have a huge complaint about this particular establishment- the parking lines in the parking lot, and the overall general appearance. It's a big building with an overall decent design. Maybe the pillars in the front entrance should be pressure washed and the windows accompanying said pillars cleaned or replaced. This establishment cost way too much money to let it appear anything other than at least decent. I think with some pressure washing of the building and sidewalks, killing of the weeds in the parking lot and sidewalks, and NEW PARKING LINES that this would be a building I'd be proud to say my tax dollars paid for.

So among other things nowadays, the USPS is completely unreliable. I paid to have a letter size package ship 2 day priority from Bridgewater to Newport News, VA on the 24th of June. Today is July 3rd and the package has yet to arrive at its destination. I could have just slapped a stamp on it and it probably would be there already. Not to mention saving an additional $55 that I was charged from the business that I sent the package to because they haven't received it yet. Why did this have to even go out of state to San Antonio, Texas? A scam like everything else to get your money & then customer service won't even offer a refund or other solutions.

The people that work at the register SMH. Need to do better, they not trying to help you unless they want to. Had a package come in at 9a.m but it hasn't been sorted by 3pm. Sad and lazy

Their “Virtual Assistant” makes it impossible to ask the most simple of questions. I cant even call the main office to get information.

The “ virtual care assistant” on the phone doesn’t help. Honestly makes it harder and if your in the middle of giving a tracking number it cuts you off and tells you to call all over again .
