Today I went to collect mail because of a closed PO Box, and the clerk, Rhonda, remembered my box number and me. It reminded me why I love the Friendly City!

This post office is the perfect example of how a business that's so busy yet continues to lose money year after year. Long lines and only one employee working and greeting customers by saying sorry for the delay. I think the government has proven to have failed and it's time for a fundamental change.

have problems with only 1 delivery driver. every time he is on my route I don't get my mail. havnt received my electric, water, insurance, internet, tax bills in months. every other driver takes pride in the work to make sure we get our mail. but there is always that one.

The mail carriers are so unorganized, puts mail in wrong boxes .. and when your waiting after your business hours for a package to be delivered to your business for 4 hours after your office is closed that’s very frustrating! And I’m pretty sure they are suppose to leave a notice saying you have a package/ letter waiting .. nope comes on my closed day and didn’t leave a notice saying when they would try to re- deliver it…so I sat for 4 hours after my office closed and the postal diver never showed ….. thank God I have cameras outside my office for my witness.. this is the worst postal service I have ever experienced in my life.. and it’s not a holiday!!!!! I confirmed the mail service was open … and mail was being delivered…

As a branch to send mail and buy stamps, this is good. It can get a little busy at certain times. But the location is good, parking is good, staff is nice and helpful. Right next to the co-op so I like to take the chance to buy a snack after.

If I could give the USPS zero stars, I would because there is no excuse as to why my order which I placed on the 1st of August from Walmart.com for 2 pet bowls hasn't been delivered yet. It doesn't make any sense. In the photos you can clearly see that my package has been in Harrisonburg for 6 days now, yet it has failed to be delivered! I swear, this country is becoming more & more lazy, understaffed, incompetent or whatever. I have certainly learned my lesson on never ordering anything from Walmart online again because every other order I've placed at different online stores, I've never had this problem with the USPS. My packages have been delivered in a timely manner, probably because UPS or FedEx delivered them.
