Johnny was awesome in helping me figure out an Apple Watch line switchover. Patient and helpful, and this location is so much less crowded than others! Highly recommend!

Eric was supposed to help my wife in getting her a replacement for a BRAND NEW phone that she had less than 1 week that wasn’t working correctly and told her she would get a new replacement. Waited two days and received a USED phone (someone else turned in because it wasn’t working correctly), wrapped in plastic sleeve on a cardboard slab. Called the store back to speak with Eric and he said there was nothing else he could do and to call Verizon customer service. I don’t know about anyone else but when you are paying for a BRAND NEW phone and that BRAND NEW phone doesn’t work as advertised then you should be given a BRAND NEW phone as a replacement. Not some other crap that someone else turned in that also didn’t work correctly. I don’t think this is legal and I question the integrity of any business that runs like this.

Met with Eric. He provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable and helpful in looking at options as far as our cellular plans and purchasing a new iPhone. He helped set up my new phone as well as connecting to old Apple Watch. Always appreciate when someone who works with the public does a good job with patience and a positive attitude!

Karen and Hannah were amazing today with a weird request I had. I was "upgrading" to a dumb phone from a smart phone to simplify my life and they were so helpful! They made it so easy to trade in my old smartphone and get the other dumb phone up and running. I really appreciated their help. They were both very knowledgeable and kind. Best Verizon experience I've had to date.

Karen was so patient and kind when I went in to update my phone. She showed me lots of options for our current plan and guided me through the data transfer process. She worked with me for two hours and answered all of my questions. Thank you, Karen!
