“I was desperately trying to find a vet who would shave a neglected, matted Maltese senior dog that I had recently adopted. I called Massanutten because my sister who lives in the area goes there with her cats and had great experiences. They were incredible. The doctor, front desk staff, vet techs - everyone we met, was friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ve spoken to them on the phone a few times since our visit and they have answered every question I’ve had and have been so helpful. I highly recommend Massanutten.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Anicira in Harrisonburg! We had our dogs spayed and neutered, and the entire process was organized and efficient from start to finish. Staff were outside assisting with check-in, and our pets were taken back right away. Everyone was friendly, professional, and caring. It gave us peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such good hands. Highly recommend Anicira for their exceptional care! 🐾❤”

“Everyone is always so nice. Even when I'm a basket case because I'm worried about my pup. They're kind and considerate and they know that Reav is dog reactive and take extra steps to make sure everyone is safe. I have recommended them to anyone that asks. I've never felt rushed. They give me grace if I'm running late. I've never felt like just a paycheck when I bring my pets there and we have 3. They're cheaper than my last vet too and much more respectful.”

“I found a stray kitten and Heartland was able to get her in almost immediately to run the appropriate tests, have her vaccinated, etc... Dr Moser and the staff were all fantastic. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a new veterinarian.”

“Our vet recommended Dr. Connor for at-home care for our senior cat. She was able to help us with end-of-life care and was very compassionate and helpful throughout the entire process. We wished we would have met her under different circumstances, but we highly recommend her to anyone needing at-home vet services for their pets.”

“Had to bring my daisy here for an emergency because I couldn't get in to see her regular vet. They were friendly and professional and compassionate and got me a same day appointment. Dr Hunt has been fantastic and they were patient with me calling several times with questions concerning changing Daisy prescription food and accommodating so that I could get it locally as they are an hour from me.”

“We had an very nice boarding experience last weekend. The staff there, Kaitlyn and Callie, when we picked the dogs (8 years and 13 years old) up, were great! Callie gave us lots of information on how the dogs behaved while they were there. She complimented them and even paid special attention to the 13 year old to be sure he ate his supplements. Thank you so much for your great care. If we are down that way again, we will be sure to board with you. Best regards, E. G.”

“This clinic has been a fantastic provider of vet services across the board. I've always been given great recommendations for preventative care, as well as clear instructions on how to administer at-home care when required. The front staff is professional and kind as well.”
