Nice staff but they close for days straight with no warning. Combined with not being open on weekends, it makes it impossible to work with this place. At least a phone message or maybe a note on the door saying what’s going on would’ve been considerate. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this.

I have had 3 notifications on the app to call regarding a new prescription that my Dr. called in. Each time the message says to call the pharmacy due to a problem with the order.Each time I called, they have had trouble finding the order and put me on hold to determine the delay. Each time I was told a different reason for being unable to fill the prescription… on the times I was not disconnected.The last call I was told it was back ordered at the manufacturer, but I could call tomorrow for an estimated date. Then she said i can pick it up tomorrow. Now I see the message is back again….I’m beginning to think they will say whatever to delay and get customers off the phone because this is not the first time this has happened at this location.

Walgreens supposed to be so Wonderful!!I stayed on the Telephone for 27 minutes wanting to Ask a Question in The Pharmacy. It Took that long and When my Phone got up to be #1 in the Que No One Ever Picked Up Instead "CLICK!!"VERY SAD. I just didn't go and I stayed with CVS.WALGREENS CORP ~ "You need to get someone Down Here NOW and HELP THIS STORE !!!!"

i showed up 5 minutes before close to get supplies for my sick baby and the door was locked. the employees saw me pull on the lock door and did nothing.

Worst hours! Dr accidentally sent prescription to Walgreens instead of CVS and they are closed. I spoke w the pharmacy earlier and no one warned me about their limited hours.

They turned me away from getting my vaccine because I was unable to provide my insurance, even though Virginia is providing free vaccines even if you’re unable to give your insurance. Laura Chew was absolutely disrespectful, I’ve never had management raise their voice at me and tell me I didn’t make efforts to get my insurance. She kept saying the government would have to pay for my vaccine and that wasn’t fair. I will not be returning and would like to get in contact with corporate if possible.
