Totally upset with Walgreens online. Have waited for a prescription that was placed on June 20. Had an email confirmation. It's July 1 and no prescription mailed. No status available. Finally called. No info saying they needed to call doctor for refill. So now I am waiting another week at least.

Pharmacy quickly found and special ordered a medication for me, that the S Main St Walgreens said was supposedly not even available to them. Obviously this location has it together, even if the half-size Walgreens on S Main St apparently needs to go back to basic Walgreens school again.

I've never used the pharmacy here and I've maybe bought an item or two here once but lately I've been using them to print off pictures using the app and in-store pickup. Kyle and Joyce are the only ones I've dealt with for this.
They are both extremely friendly and Kyle has been able to edit a few wedding photos my wife and I have sent in to see what could be done and he made them look not so dark even explaining what he did. He is very knowledgeable about the photo department and software or whatever it is they use. He has been so friendly and helpful that once we have time we plan to go see him again and see what magic he can work!
The store itself is clean and well stocked I just don't shop for groceries at a drug store because the prices are way higher.

My family and I have been coming to this Walgreens ever since we moved to Harrisonburg 2 years ago. Over time the staff and our family have developed a great relationship and until today. We have always been provided an amazing personal customer service. The new hire pharmacists at this location is going to ruine any good reputation the pharmacy has. I don't understand how someone choses to work a profession where customer service is required. Over the phone she, answer my question with one short response, then quickly got irritated and gave me attitude when I asked one additional question that she showed no effort in even trying to help any further with the issue I was asking about. I tried to figure out the issue on my own but realized I couldn't so I went in person to see if face to face she might be different. Well, I received no response from her when I greeted her and reminded her of our quick phone call 30 mins ago, asking for help again with any info that could help me, then I received the most biggest eye roll ever. Sadley, our 8 member family accounts will be all transferred to CVS tomorrow. Hope Walgreens cares about how they are being represented.

I have had prescriptions filled here last year and my wife has had them filled last year and this year. This pharmacy is the worst we have ever used. The phone refill process will promise a script will be ready on a certain day but when we show up it is not available. Nobody calls or texts to tell us it is being delayed. We have also received notification a script is ready only to discover when we pick it up that it is only a partial refill (once only 8 pills out of 60 in the Rx) and we need to return at a later date for the rest of the pills. Again we are not notified of this in advance. We live 20 minutes away so it is quite annoying to drive there only to find out they do not have the medication in stock. We are switching to another pharmacy for 2024 and will never use this Walgreens again.

Very slow at filling prescriptions. When my little one has an ear infection, I expect it not to take hours to get his vital medication filled. It's happened multiple times.
