Good day, the worst store in the area. Unfriendly staff, inadequate manager Dexter, there is discrimination of nations, their people attack in the store in a crowd, accuse of stealing illegally, do not know how to conduct a conversation. I do not advise you to go there and shop, take care of your nerves and stay away from such people.

When your sick and all you want to do is make everyone a nice dinner so you get Walmart delivery and get cussed at by the delivery driver bcuz they had to do their job after them messaging first and saying it was too much to bring up (6 bags and a thing of waters) and your mom's house has a hill and they only make $16 according to them.... We even got a call saying if we didn't come out and respond to our driver (which we were on messaging back at this time so I don't understand and this was reason I stepped outside just to be cussed at) then they would cancel our order smh... Never had someone complain before it's not that bad of a hill it's a short walk my disabled mother and disabled veteran wife do it and we do it all the time even after I just had surgery to remove cancer Smh... Like I told them find a new job don't be mad at the customer wth is wrong with ppl? Then I got cussed at in a different language smh... They finally stopped when I told them there was cameras and they were being recorded... Then call to tell a manager they say there isn't one available to call back tomorrow and this happened about 745pm. So we called corporate and they are handling it and said possibility of them even filing charges against the 2 men that were delivering and running their mouth going off on me all because they didn't want to do their job. Glad corporate actually cared about their customers because the management at this store couldn't even be bothered to take a phone call. And I would also like to add this was at least one of the few times we actually got our full order sent to us correctly and that don't happen often there is normally stuff missing or stuff like bad strawberries sent with mold or stuff they change out but yet I go in the store and what I ordered is there an hour after they said it wasn't available so they substitute or remove from order completely. If you don't like your job don't have it! There's plenty of people who would do it happily! That goes for management that can't take the moment to talk to a customer that just dealt with nonsense like this! I hope corporate handles you as well!

BEWARE !!! My GF and I bought a Roast Beef pre made sub there yesterday. We had not eaten since 5pm the prior day, 5 hrs later we both were throwing up. NASTY. BEWARE. Same thing happen weeks ago to my friend and his wife. So, found out Walmart no longer makes there subs in stores, they are made and shipped from a warehouse elsewhere.

Shouldn’t be allowed to lock the doors 5 minutes before closing time. Especially when you see someone getting ready to walk in to grab one thing.

On several different occasions when I have been to this location after like 8pm there will be no manned registers open, only self checkout, while there are at least 5 cashiers standing at the front of the store watching the self checkout line grow and doing nothing besides staring at their cell phones and leaning on the wall. Tonight there was a line of people waiting to check out, half of the self checkout had a red light indicating closed, and there was 5+ workers standing there just watching the line get backed up. It’s a bit irritating to have a full cart of groceries and have to use a self checkout where there is definitely not enough space to put all of the checked out groceries, and even more irritating seeing several workers just standing there doing absolutely nothing to help. This location is always well stocked and clean and I would prefer to do my grocery shopping at this store compared to other Walmarts in the area but the second shift front end staff make me want to reevaluate where I spend my money.

This pick-up takes almost as long as the Burgess Road Walmart does. I was the only vehicle parked in the pickup section, and I checked in as soon as I arrived, but still waited a merely 20 minutes for my order.

Self checkout only with maybe one traditional register open. When will walmart start paying me for doing their job? Aldis is better, cheaper and better quality produce
