The facility was perfect for our needs. Our JMU student needed to store her items over the summer and everything was in perfect condition when we picked it up in August. It was safe and easy. It isn’t air conditioned so we did pack our items accordingly to avoid critters and everything was fine. The price is affordable and Joleen the Manager was wonderful to work with!

Easy. Simple. No extra fees. This is the storage facility you should use. They have incredible customer service and make everything so easy. Their space is very clean and accessible. No issues with pests. Tons of torrential rains recently and not a drop of water in the unit. Can’t say enough good about this place. They also had the best rate I could find in the area.

I had a great experience with Waterman Self Storage. The storage unit was clean and the customer service was great. Joleen did a great job answering all my questions. Payment was able to be made online which is very convenient if you don't live locally. Highly recommend!

Simply the best. Clean, sturdy and available units. Staff always answers the phone. Prices are reasonable and no hassle getting a unit and leaving a unit when I needed to. Highly recommend.
