Waterman Self Storage helped our family in a time of great need when moving to Harrisonburg in 2019 while still looking for a permanent home. When we found that place we were able to easily downsize from our larger unit to a smaller unit to keep some surplus items. Four years later we are finally clearing out our smaller unit. Trouble free storage -- no problems with billing, security, access, bugs, moisture, etc. If you need to store some things, I highly recommend Waterman Self Storage.

My son is a student at JMU and we stored his furniture over the summer in between leases. The location is great and all his belongings were safe and sound while in storage. The owners are so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Whether short term or long term, I'd highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

I think this is the best Storage facility not to mention best price in Harrisonburg period. The family that owns them are also great good people and will work with you on what you need or even if you get behind in payments. Plus they where recently built and have security cameras as well for your ease and rest assured your belongings will be safe no matter what they may be...
