I got scammed through gift card scam in november 2024. I asked this bank to help me to get my money back and bank denied me. I am single mother recovering from stage 3 breast cancer. I needed that $2000 to have good Christmas and pay bills and bank did nothing. Scammers impersonated this banked fraud department and bank said there is nothing they can do and talk to me like i was stupid for falling for that scam. I would be careful with this bank

I’ve had an excellent experience with Woodforest National Bank. The staff is always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any questions or transactions. I really appreciate how convenient it is to access my accounts even outside of traditional banking hours, and the personalized service makes a big difference. I definitely recommend this bank if you’re looking for reliability and great customer service.

Very inconvenient in all aspects. My other banks are 20 years ahead of this one. Do not make money having money in the accounts or nothing good at all comes from them.

The Harrisonburg va Branch girls are perfect. I recommend them for all banking. They were informative and more than anything willing to help even in a panic situation. They make you smile and feel like family. They aren't up tight bankers like most
