Used this company for years. I always try to stay ahead of gas needs. My tank is now at 20%. This company informs me it will be 21 days before they can get to Urbanna. If it goes below 10% they'll charge me an additional $150!!! What kind of customer service is this?

Switched to a new company for propane in February. We have been asking since then for them to come get their tank. They said some time in July. It is July 26 and they still haven’t picked up but received a bill for “tank rental”. Come get your tank…
