We never feel rushed and our concerns are addressed with empathy. Recently, our dog was unwell with what seemed to us as urgent. We called the practice a few minutes before closing and were told the vet had just left for the day but were provided with information on what to do. They said to come in the next morning and would fit us in as soon as possible. We were so happy that they were able to accommodate us giving us peace of mind to get through the night. The level of care and attention we were afforded was exceptional and something that is hard to find these days.”
