Been in Gloucester 6 years and this was my first visit. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone a week prior (I’ve had issues where it was more than quoted at other places). Lady at the front desk was super nice. Great spot so far ?? I’ll be back.

I would highly recommend double checking on their price for parts. They quoted me three times what the part cost to buy. Thankfully, we had already had a quote from another mechanic so we didn't get swindled.They came highly recommend by the community and I am disappointed to have to write this.On the upside, they were professional on the phone and they returney call with their prices in a timely manner.

Had an appointment at 3 for a inspection yesterday, showed up on time and no one else was there but It took a hour for a inspection. Also make sure you dont have any loose change in the car I had a dollar in quarters out in the open before going there and when I left it wasn't there anymore but they did leave me a dirty rag on my seat I know its only a dollar but still an hour for a inspection they knit picked my car and you steal a dollar in quarters? Come on now

Benny’s had had my car for 3 days and hasn’t even started the repair work yet. We agreed to an astronomical amount of money to repair “significant leaks that have been going on a while”(that went unnoticed after multiple trips to this shop). We explained on Tuesday that the vehicle was needed back no later than Friday for me to head back to school (college). We called today (Thursday), 3 days after they have already diagnosed the vehicle and ordered parts to be told that they didn’t make any promises and that they would try to get to it tomorrow, again they aren’t making any promises. We were told that we could pick it up and take it somewhere else 4pm the day before I need it. A courtesy call would have been amazing so that we could seek out other options. We have sent 7 people to this shop and have had multiple repairs done on different vehicles this past year alone.

The service was amazing! They called me every step of the way, and let me know what they found while doing the repair. My car hasn't ran this good since the day I purchased it. I absolutely recommend Benny's for repair work, I'll definitely be taking my cars there for all future work. Thank you!!
